❖ First Impressions ❖
Physical
The first thing that characters will notice about Havoc is that she is not in a healthy condition. Though she has a naturally petite physique to begin with and only stands approximately 5'2", she is obviously underweight. Her limbs are thin and lack muscle mass, and her bones show prominently along collar, spine, ribs, etcetera. An extended period of malnourishment has left her skin slightly sallow and her hair dull, and she has prominent bags under her eyes from lack of sleep. Two of her fingers on her right hand are broken and splinted. Though she will be making efforts to improve her condition after settling into Achamoth, it will take time for her to return to "normal".More observant characters will note that her body language is very guarded. She doesn't usually put her back to doors and windows, she chooses to stand/sit in corners and near exits, and she seems to keep an eye on almost everything going on in her environment (though she does make an effort not to be obvious about it). Her more affectionate or warm gestures, like smiles or laughter, seem a bit jilted, like she isn't quite used to them. When she isn't focused on something in particular or "turned on", to speak, she looks rather stiff and dead behind the eyes.
Personality
Havoc's personality varies wildly depending on whether she is Untouched in her Regressor state, or if her powers are active as a Tier 1+ aion, which returns her to her Contractor state. As a Contractor: By all accounts, Havoc was once the "perfect" Contractor, without any personality eccentricities or a hiccup in a perfectly logical, rational mind. She eats to maintain her body without even noticing taste, she sleeps to stay alert while awake, she maintains social interaction only in so far as it benefits her or she has to for a mission. She does nothing because she likes it or enjoys it, only because she has judged it to be beneficial to her survival. She was described as the epitome of the "monster" many handlers in the series often brand their Contractors as being- cold, ruthless, incapable of remorse or guilt... but good at taking orders and getting the job, no matter how dirty, done.
As a Regressor: Without her powers, Havoc's capacity for emotion and irrationality returns. She still does not feel things as strongly as a human does (or rather, she cannot quite process things as completely due to her inexperience), but she is able to identify things in herself that were/are impossible as a Contractor, such as enjoying food, guilt over her actions killing people, the ability to care for other people, fear of her powers, and the desire to make others happy for no reason. She desires only to atone for her crimes and live quietly without hurting anyone else. In her Regressor state, one of her priorities is remaining that way-- she would rather die capable of feeling than live as the hyper-rational slave to her Contract.
❖ Background ❖
A "Contractor", a human being granted powers at the cost of their emotional spectrum and an obeisance, Havoc was one of the most powerful around. She worked freelance for various undercover agencies (FBI, MI6, "The Syndicate", etc.) and participated in a territory war over a supernatural region called Heaven's Gate in South America before a mysterious incident caused her to lose her powers and memories and become a "Regressor", regaining her humanity in the process. She spent five years in hiding in Romania before being rediscovered and handed over to the research group PANDORA. After being kidnapped from their custody she agreed to help a former Syndicate partner try to find his lost sister by attempting to regain her memories, but after exposure to Hell's Gate she couldn't handle the return of her powers and begged for death rather than become a Contractor again. While trying to flee, she was attacked by an MI6 agent... at which point she was spirited to Horos.

❖ Abilities & Skills ❖
Havoc's Contract allows her to conjure up fields of hard vacuum space. When applied to targets directly, you get physically catastrophic barotrauma due to explosive decompression. When applied to an area at large, it can cause symptoms of an explosion due to displacing air and propelling unsecured items, or even cause an actual detonation if applied to unstable materials. According to evidence from her work in the Heaven's Gate War, Havoc often utilized her ability on the framework and foundations of buildings or whole rooms to induce earthquake-like damage and bring down the whole place for mass casualty. For in-game power balancing purposes, her vacuum's destructive power would be limited to the set "two-story building" size, there will be a little bit of a delay with the activation of the ability (which is accompanied by the smell of ozone and a visual cue of radiation glowing in her eyes and silhouette) to allow for potential dodging or reaction, and she will need a good visual on any space where she plans to open a vacuum in order to properly actualize the borders of the sphere or risk it collapsing.
As with all Contractor's, Havoc pays a price called an "obeisance" for her Contract, which she is mentally compelled and physically driven to pay after using her powers. Her obeisance in canon is to to drink the blood of children, but in-game it has been changed to the blood of aions of any age. How much she needs to consume is dependent on how much she utilizes her ability. For example, if she briefly uses her ability to open a small vacuum field and kill one person, she might drink a spoonful. If she was involved in an extended fight in which she had to repeatedly open vacuums of varying size and periods without rest, she might need to consume a pint or more.
Contractor's are said to "melt like butter" if they don't fulfill their remuneration, but seeing as no Contrctor in their right mind would willingly do so, it's never been shown clearly what would happen. If Havoc is prevented from drinking appropriate amounts of blood, whether by means of it not being available or being physically prevented from accessing it, she will eventually begin to experience physical pain and mental strain before eventual madness and/or death if the deprivation continues long-term.
As for her purely physical capabilities, Havoc was once a trained operative in a high-stakes undercover war, and likely had the training similar to that of an assassin, with emphasis on stealth and remaining undetected. However, she has only recently regained her memories and her body is nowhere near the condition it used to be in, so until she regains weight and muscle mass, as well as reconditions herself, she won't be nearly as effective in a purely physical fight. At current, she is much weaker than the average person.

Out of Character
Writing Style: I do brackets but I don't mind other formats.Backtagging: Yes, within reason. If there's a lack of communication about delays in tagging and the thread isn't development-heavy or plot-related I may drop it if it drags on for too long or if tags start coming with large gaps in between. If we're in contact, this isn't a problem. (Note: If threads get dropped several times with no communication, though, I will stop pursuing CR.)
Threadhopping: Sure, bring it on.
Offensive Subjects: No particular squicks, but I will tell you if something comes up.
In Character
Physical Violence: Havoc will present herself as someone who isn't used to violence, as a non-combatant and a "sure you could beat them up, but at what cost?" type of woman. But I'm more than willing to thread out violence, as well as the consequences of said violence.Death/Dissipation: I'd like to avoid death this early into her time in-game, but I'm not opposed to it completely depending on the circumstances.
Physical Affection: She'll initiate as well as accept it if it serves some purpose for her, though she plays it a bit hesitant and awkward-like
Shipping/Sex: Fake it till you make it. If it is advantageous to her she'll play sister, mother, lover, whatever she needs to. She'll put in effort to the extent she thinks the payoff is worth it.
Mental/Communion: Havoc will prefer meeting people in-person, because it will take a lot of effort to keep herself guarded/keep her mask on over communion. Those probing will find there are walls up around herself mentally, or perhaps that there is something... vacant, or missing.
Offensive Subjects: Havoc is almost incapable of feeling strongly enough about something to take offense ICly.
