this is totally just for me to get my thoughts in order and isn't ready to be presented yet so THIS IS GONNA BE MESSY bear with me until I organize it
Due to Darker than Black's storytelling style of two episode long story arcs, Havoc, like many of the cast of the series, only appears in two episodes. We are given certain facts about her past as a Contractor and a few about her current situation, but nothing beyond that is implicitly stated in canon. So I'll start with dividing out what is implicit and what is implied in canon.
